Parsley (chopped fine)
Mint (when it comes in from the garden)
Green onions (all of it, sliced thin)
Carrots (sliced thin)
Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes (if I have them)
Chick Peas
Fresh squeezed lemon for dressing and that's all!

For me ... Mixed greens please and all of what you listed plus grilled chicken if the salad is to be the meal itself (sans the chicken if it's a side salad), and croutons and for salad dressing either ranch, italian, or french ... depending on what mood I'm in that day ... Oh and I almost forgot ... the olives ....
yummy ... now I'm hungry ... I'm going to go raid my mom's fridge and make me a salad... Thank you, tonight's dinner is all set :)
salad = rabbit food. Um, cheese, olives, bacon, chicken, steak, guacamole.
We have a salad night once a week. I looooove salad.
I like all the usual salad stuff in my salad plus Ham and turkey cubes..oh don't forget the cheese crumbles.

I love bacon on a salad, and katie's favorite salad fixin', cap'n crunch! She calls them cap'ntons (like croutons)
I prefer my salad topped with a Chipotle burrito.
